Well Scott,
I am sorry that you are not interested in getting connected and exchange the newest thoughts and informations. I left you a contact here about 2 days ago. Well Good luck to you but remember even Christian Conservative can only succeed if we network and stand tall together.

Hi JudieO,
Thanks for the kind words. In referencing the quote: "Programs, agendas and policies must be judged, not on their intent, but on their outcome. If something isn't working, it should be changed," you struck on something that has been really important to me pollitically for many years. Not only is outcome important, but the level of respect accorded taxpayer dollars is equally vital.
I wish elected officials would give the same consideration to specific programs and general funding as they would if it were their own money being spent. Similarly, if something isn't working, change it. Obama spoke of such a fiscal strategy repeatedly during the campaign but as yet I see no evidence toward that end.
Thanks again for writing, and please share our site with your friends. Oh, almost forgot; we're launching our podcast very soon. Episodes will be available for free here at the The Persistent Conservative. In fact, if you check out <a href="http://www.thepersistentconservative.com/468/" target="_blank">http://www.thepersistentconservative.com/468/ to listen to our cool new podcast bumper music!

As a voter with no party affiliation I now know how to describe my position on government. I will quote you: "Programs, agendas and policies must be judged, not on their intent, but on their outcome. If something isn't working, it should be changed." Thanks for giving me a precise & concise answer.
